Hi, I'm Tessa,
I specialize in Childbirth education and Birth & Post natal support, focusing on families needing that extra bit of love and guidance, due to past traumas; addictions, sexual abuse, domestic violence, systematic racism, discrimination  or oppression. 

I am what is known as a Full spectrum Doula - meaning I support people for a range of reasons and in many different settings; menarche, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, death and all the other life altering moments in between. ​

I also hold space for women, in the form of women's circles and retreats.
During these special events I work to create a safe & nurturing cocoon, where attendees can reveal their most vulnerable parts of themselves. 
Simply speaking your truth, sharing verbally your inner most yearning and deepest aches and pains is often enough to invoke acceptance and change, of ourselves and others, being present in such a space can pave the way to birthing a loving and resilient community.

And rebuilding community, the "village", is one of my truths.
